1. Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Quotes are based on the information and any photos you give us and, where applicable, an inspection of the site. A quote is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described (for example, a larger area, heavier soiling, or different surfaces), we may need to revise the price — we’ll always discuss this with you before doing any additional work.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we’ve agreed a date and the scope of work with you (by phone, text, email or in person). Please make sure the details we’ve confirmed — address, services and any special instructions — are correct. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re authorised to request cleaning at the property; if you are not the owner, you confirm you have the owner’s permission.

3. Pricing & payment

4. Access & site requirements

To carry out the work safely and on time, please ensure that before we arrive:

If we can’t access the property or start the work because the site isn’t ready (a “lockout”), we may need to reschedule and a call-out fee may apply.

5. Water & power

Most jobs use your outside tap and, where needed, power — our equipment is far more water-efficient than a garden hose. Please make sure a working outside tap is available. If water or power access is a problem at your property, let us know when you book so we can plan for it.

6. Scope of work & results

We’ll match the cleaning method (high-pressure or soft washing) to the surface and aim for the best result that surface can safely take. Pressure washing removes dirt, grime, mould, moss and many stains, but some marks are permanent — for example, deep oil staining, rust, paint, efflorescence, surface etching, fading, or damage that existed before we started. These may improve but cannot always be fully removed, and a reasonable result on a weathered or damaged surface is not a defect in our work.

7. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you’re not happy with an area we’ve cleaned, let us know within 7 days of completion and we’ll return to re-clean any areas we genuinely missed or under-cleaned, at no charge. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the service we agreed to provide. It does not cover marks or damage that cannot be removed by cleaning (see “Scope of work & results”), re-soiling that happens after we leave, or work outside the agreed scope.

8. Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — that’s fine. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, and there’s no fee for doing so. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we arrive and can’t carry out the work due to a lockout or the site not being ready, a reasonable call-out fee may apply to cover our time and travel. We may also cancel or reschedule a job — for example, for safety, weather or circumstances beyond our control — and we’ll give you as much notice as we can.

9. Weather

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. For safety and quality, we may need to reschedule your job due to rain, storms, high wind or extreme heat. We’ll contact you to arrange the next available time, and you won’t be charged for a weather rescheduling.

10. Existing damage & risk

Cleaning can sometimes reveal or disturb pre-existing issues — for example, loose or flaking paint or render, cracked tiles or grout, perished sealant, lifting timber, or water finding its way through gaps, worn seals or open windows. Where you’ve told us about a known issue, or where we identify a risk, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding. We are not responsible for damage caused by, or made worse by, pre-existing defects, faulty fixtures, or conditions we were not made aware of.

11. Liability & insurance

We carry public liability insurance and take care on every job. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to (at our option) re-performing the relevant work or paying the reasonable cost of having it re-performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any claim relating to damage must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, and within 7 days of completion, so we have a fair opportunity to inspect and respond.

12. Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). For major failures you’re entitled to a remedy as required by that law, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights. The limitations above apply only to the extent the law allows.

13. Photos

We take before-and-after photos of the work area to document each job and to show you the result. We may also use anonymised before-and-after images to promote our services (for example, on our website or social media). These won’t identify you or your address. If you’d prefer we don’t use photos of your property for promotion, just let us know and we’ll respect that.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
