We use a low-pressure soft wash treatment specifically for roofs. High pressure can crack tiles, lift them, or force water under the roofline, so we never use it here. Instead the treatment kills the organic growth and lifts the staining safely.

Will pressure cleaning damage my roof tiles?
We soft wash roofs rather than blasting them, so tiles, ridge capping and pointing aren't disturbed. High pressure on a roof can crack tiles and strip protective coatings, we don't do that.
Do you treat moss and lichen so it doesn't grow straight back?
Yes, our soft-wash treatment kills the moss and lichen at the root rather than just knocking off the surface growth, so regrowth is much slower.
How often should I have this done?
For most Sydney homes, every 12–18 months keeps mould and grime from taking hold, sooner for properties near the coast, under trees, or in damp, shaded spots. On an AW+ plan we track the timing for you so it never gets forgotten.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned and an outdoor tap, plenty of our residential jobs are done while you're out, we confirm everything beforehand and send photos when it's finished.
Are you fully insured?

Whichever the surface needs. Hard surfaces like concrete driveways take high pressure; render, roofs, timber and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We are trained in both and always match the method to the material.
