Car Park Cleaning in Sydney
Car park cleaning in Sydney. Oil, grime and tyre marks cleared from car parks, ramps and forecourts.
How does car park cleaning work?
Car parks take constant traffic, and it shows, oil drips, tyre marks, grime, leaf stains and general build-up leave the surface looking dirty and, in spots, slippery. We clean open-air and undercover car parks, forecourts and loading areas with commercial-grade equipment that covers large areas efficiently.
Oil and fuel staining is pre-treated so it genuinely lifts, and we schedule around your trading hours and tenant access, including after hours, to keep disruption to a minimum.
A clean, well-kept car park is safer underfoot and gives customers and tenants a far better first impression of the property.
Car park pressure washing covers open-air and undercover car parks, basement car parks, ramps, loading docks, forecourts, line-marked bays, stairwells and entries. We clean car parks for shopping centres, offices, strata buildings, schools, medical centres and industrial sites.
Many sites book car park cleaning quarterly or every six months, with high-traffic entries more often. Car park cleaning starts from around $450, with larger areas priced per square metre. We work seven days a week, including outside trading hours around your schedule, and are fully insured.
- Free, fixed-price quotes, no surprises
- Surface-matched pressure & treatment

FAQ
Car Park Cleaning, your questions answered
Can you clean the car park without closing it completely?
Usually yes, we work section by section, or outside peak hours, so the car park stays largely usable. We'll plan the approach around your site when we quote.
How is car park cleaning priced?
It starts from around $450 and is generally priced per square metre for larger areas, factoring in oil staining, gum and access. You'll get a free, fixed quote up front.
Do you clean basement and undercover car parks?
Yes. Basement and undercover car parks are cleaned section by section, with water managed so it does not pool or run where it should not.
How often should a car park be cleaned?
Most car parks are cleaned quarterly or every six months, with busy entries, ramps and loading areas done more often.
Can you work outside business or trading hours?
Yes. For shopfronts, offices, strata and car parks we regularly work early mornings, evenings or weekends so cleaning doesn’t disrupt staff, tenants or customers. Tell us your preferred window when you enquire.
Are you insured, with documentation for strata or building managers?
Yes, we’re fully insured and can provide our certificate of currency and any documentation a strata committee, building manager or facilities team needs before we start on site.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, AW Pressure Washing is fully insured, and we're owner-operated, so the person who quotes your job is the person responsible for the result.
Is the quote really free and fixed?
Yes. Quotes are free and fixed, you'll know the price before we start, with no hourly meter and no surprises on the invoice. A quick text with a couple of photos is usually all we need.
Pressure washing or soft washing: which will you use?
Whichever the surface needs. Hard surfaces like concrete driveways take high pressure; render, roofs, timber and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We are trained in both and always match the method to the material.
