Can you clean fabric awnings without damaging them?
Yes. Fabric and canvas awnings get a soft wash with the right solution, not high pressure, so mould, bird mess and grime lift away without stretching, fading or tearing the material.
Do you clean metal and polycarbonate awnings too?
We clean fabric, metal, aluminium and polycarbonate awnings, matching the method to each. Metal and poly can take a firmer clean; fabric gets the gentle soft-wash treatment.
How often should I have this done?
For most Sydney homes, every 12–18 months keeps mould and grime from taking hold, sooner for properties near the coast, under trees, or in damp, shaded spots. On an AW+ plan we track the timing for you so it never gets forgotten.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned and an outdoor tap, plenty of our residential jobs are done while you're out, we confirm everything beforehand and send photos when it's finished.

Whichever the surface needs. Hard surfaces like concrete driveways take high pressure; render, roofs, timber and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We are trained in both and always match the method to the material.
